The Proprety

In the characteristic setting of Valle d'Itria, arising within a valley near Cisternino, is an estate with Mediterranean colours and scents: Trullo Barbagiullo.

Unfurling just a few kilometres away are the unforgettable pastoral landscapes of the Murge and the renowned historical towns of Ostuni, Fasano, Cisternino and Martina Franca. The garden encapsulates the heart of the villa: a swimming pool with accessible depths for children, a solarium area and a comfortable porch (about 200 square-metres and entirely enclosable) equipped with barbecue and a table that seats around twenty people.

The residential complex is comprised of the majestic Trullo (the main unit) and independent rooms, whose relative entrances are external.

In true Mediterranean style, the entire estate is characterised by typical furnishings, masonry seating with cushions, the attention to detail revealed in the use of natural materials - setting out from the plastering, the artisanal wooden doors and window frames and the bathroom fixtures carved into the stone.

The Trullo is independent from the rest of the villa, having an adjacent external area with access to the pool area.

Upon entering, one spies the stone alcove (with a built-in king-single bed plus the option to add an additional double bed), a second alcove with single bed (plus a pull-out bed) followed by a third alcove with a single bed and a double bedroom (suitable for children, as the vault is low). Adjacent to the porch are a number of entrances, from which all the rooms can be reached.
